Terms & Conditions
The agreement between you and IrriBilt. Last updated: August 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using IrriBilt (the "App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the App. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised terms.
2. What IrriBilt is
IrriBilt is a browser-based tool that lets you upload an irrigation site plan and mark it up - valves, sprinklers, mainlines, zone piping, zone areas, and related annotations - to produce an as-built drawing you can export as a PNG or PDF. IrriBilt is a drafting and documentation aid. It is not irrigation design, engineering, or inspection software, and using it does not constitute professional design, engineering, or certification of any irrigation system.
3. Your account and use of the App
- You must be legally able to enter into this agreement to use IrriBilt.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of anything you create with the App, including valve placement, zone assignments, scale settings, and any measurements or labels you add.
- You agree not to use IrriBilt for any unlawful purpose, to reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the App's source code beyond what's already publicly viewable in a browser, or to interfere with the App's normal operation for other users.
4. Your content
You retain full ownership of the site plans you upload and the as-built drawings, project files, and other content you create using IrriBilt. Because the App processes your plans locally in your browser (see our Privacy Policy), we don't host, store, or have access to this content, and we make no claim to it.
You're responsible for having the right to use and mark up any site plan you upload - for example, that you're the plan's owner, or have permission from whoever is.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions are licensed to named app users. Each app user may register two browsers or devices. Small Team, Company, and Enterprise plans include a billing administrator at no extra charge. The administrator only uses a paid app seat if they assign one to themselves. Sharing one user's login with coworkers is not permitted.
Annual plans include unlimited projects and exports. The monthly plan includes unlimited projects and editing plus three export credits per paid billing month. Included credits reset at each paid renewal and do not roll over. Purchased export credits remain available and are used after included credits. Each PNG or PDF export, including a revised export, uses one credit when unlimited annual access does not apply.
Some features of IrriBilt may require a paid subscription or per-use purchase. Where paid plans apply:
- Prices will be clearly displayed before you're charged.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; IrriBilt does not directly store your full payment card details.
- Subscription terms, including billing frequency, renewal, and cancellation, will be presented at the time of purchase and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
- Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact us using the details on our Support page.
6. No warranty
IrriBilt is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser or device.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IrriBilt and its creators aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App - including damages resulting from errors or inaccuracies in an as-built drawing you produce with it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
8. Termination
You may stop using IrriBilt at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the App, or your access to it, at our discretion - for example, in response to a violation of these terms - though we'll aim to give reasonable notice where practical.
9. Changes to the App
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of IrriBilt at any time. Because project files are stored on your own device, you're responsible for keeping your own backups of anything you want to preserve.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/JURISDICTION - TO BE FILLED IN], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
